What we collect
Email (for sign-in only), display name, optional company + role, IANA timezone, optional browser push notification subscriptions for practice reminders, your rep attempts and answers, and product analytics events such as page views, quiz starts, answer submits, and shares.
What we don't
We do not send your data to Anthropic or any third-party LLM provider. Our prompts to Claude are about Lenny's content, not your behavior.
Sub-processors
Cloudflare (hosting, D1, KV), Better Auth's email sender (sign-in only), Google (OAuth), PostHog (product analytics), and GitHub (CI). See docs/subprocessors.md.
Your rights
You can download all your data (Training Log → "Download my data") or delete your account (Training Log → "Delete my account"). Deletion anonymizes your historical sessions; Arena history remains aggregated but no longer identifies you.
Cookies
We use required cookies to keep you signed in. We also use PostHog analytics to understand how people use Product Gym and improve the product experience.
Reminders
Push reminders are optional, used only for Product Gym practice reminders, and can be disabled from your profile page or browser settings.
